The building site is located in a small village in Yanqing District, Beijing. When I first went to the site for exploration, I was touched by the surrounding landscape and village. Yanqing District has a mountainous terrain and rich natural landscape resources. The site is located on the east side of the main entrance of the village. The rolling cottages on the north side highlight the rich cultural landscape of the suburbs of Beijing. In view of the linkage between the natural environment "mountain" and the cultural environment "sloping roof", the building is designed with the concept of "Concentrated Village" ,and the roof of the building is designed to be continuous, forming a dialogue relationship with the surrounding environment. The pool, fish pond, sand pit, barbecue table, etc. set up in the courtyard provide rich space for people who come to relax.
